The Rogues, Las Vegas Speedway, back cover of "3 lbs of Rage"

About me?

After a long career in the military followed by continuing government service, I am having the time to be a Photographer.

I follow various photographers and artists for inspiration, being careful to not repeat their work. I won't do weddings as a primary shooter because that's too much pressure for such an important day. I will photograph whatever it is that attracts my eye, and, while some say one must specialize, I think that limits an artist, for that is what a photographer is - an artist. Being able to image anything well isn't easy and I believe that getting good at only one style of photography limits both creativity and vision. That's what I think at the moment, anyway.
